We are currently on an exciting journey where customer insights, service development, and data analysis are enhancing our digital offerings. We are increasingly working in a UX-driven manner where the user's needs take a larger role in the early phases. Therefore, we are now looking for an experienced UX Designer who wants to take clear ownership of our UX process and be an important cog in our journey forward!

Job Description As a UX Designer with us, you will play a key role in the development of our digital services. You are responsible for creating user-centered solutions that meet both user needs and business goals. You lead the entire UX process from start to finish and work closely with our product owners, developers, and other UX designers in an agile context.

Here you combine research, analysis, and prototyping work to create digital services that are intuitive, consistent, and functional. The role requires a holistic perspective where you, through your experience, can translate insights into concrete concepts, flows, and solutions. In the role, you also contribute to further developing UX processes and methods that create common direction and quality throughout the design chain.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive the UX process - from research of user interviews to finished design solutions for web and app
• Create flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma that visualize the user experience and support the development teams
• Facilitate workshops and co-creation activities to involve colleagues in insight work and idea development
• Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, stakeholders, and developers in agile teams
• Plan and conduct user tests and observations to continuously improve our products and services
• Contribute to developing working methods, tools, and methods for UX within the organization

In terms of experience, we are looking for someone who has:

• At least 5 years of experience in UX design in agile environments with a background in leading design processes for web and app
• The ability to drive the entire UX process - from research to finished solution
• Hands-on experience in creating designs and prototypes in Figma
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with product owners
• Experience with agile methods and familiarity with iterations, sprints, and pre-studies/requirements work
• Experience working with digital accessibility according to WCAG
• Relevant higher education / academic degree
